Pioneer Advanced MCACC 2.3

Advanced MCACC is Pioneer's original function for automatic sound field calibration.
With Advanced MCACC, the various calibration operations, including measurement of the reverberations in the viewing environment, EQ calibration in function of the reverberations, standing wave control, calibration of the speaker distance, acoustic pressure level calibration, speaker detection and determining whether the speakers are large or small, are all performed automatically.

Conventional EQ calibration was two-dimensional, involving only the frequency band and the acoustic pressure level.
